Wash and repair service
Attention to the care of your Valandré product will of course seriously lengthen the life of the product. To help you in this process, Valandré offers a special service for our customers.

At our plant in Belcaire, Valandré offers to wash your down product in a professional way that ensures maximum care and leaves you free of trouble. After washing and drying, we give the product a quick overhaul to check if everything is in order. Should your sleeping bag or jacket need a few stitches, we will take care of it.

The charge is 26 € (16 £/24 US$) exclusive of taxes and shipping.

Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable cost set on a price offer suggested by Valandré. We will deal with any repair option, including a complete renewal of the down or changing down density in one or more chambers.

Please include a note stating your full name, return address, daytime phone number and possible e-mail. If your product needs repair, we need a specific description of the problem and an idea of what the problem is.
