Return Conditions

We completely stand behind all Valandré products, and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you provided us with your information when you checked out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical receipt. We will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a merchandise credit.

Gift Returns

We are happy to accept gift returns within 30 days when you provide proof of purchase (i.e. a gift receipt). Please speak with the gift giver for proof of purchase. 

Special Conditions

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear is considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use, or just looks heavily-worn (that said, we still might be able to help you. See Repairs section below)
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy

How to Return Your Product

If you purchased your product from an authorized third-party retailer, we still stand behind the product completely, but you’ll need to return your Valandré product to them and it will be subject to their return policies.

For purchases directly from Valandré, to start your return please fill out our online form. 


  • Provide proof of purchase
  • All product tags must be included
  • Use a tracking number

We Cannot Accept Returns From:

  • Friends and Family
  • Pro Purchase Orders
  • Partner Purchase Orders


If a product is heavily damaged or showing excessive wear and tear, whether from misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents, we can still work directly with the customer to repair and/or refill the merchandise, for an agreed upon fee.


If you want a different size, once we have received the product and determined that is in resellable condition, we will ship a replacement to you via USPS and cover shipping. If you need it faster, you will need to pay for express shipping yourself. 

  • All exchanges are handled at MSRP
  • Customer is responsible for customs/duties.

If your product is eligible for return and is no longer available or out of stock, we will either refund you or give you the option of a similar product. In case of price difference, you will be refunded or pay the difference.
